Vibration not turned off

I already set my phone ringtone to NONE and disabled - Also vibrate for calls but my phone still vibrates for incoming calls.  How do I completely turn of vibrate on the Motorola Moto Z Droid?

But if I want the notifications on just not to Vibrate....FOR EVERYTHING, no need to vibrate that someone is tying in Snapchat...
