I am unable to get My Verizon Data or MY Verizon Moble apps to load. I've had the phone for a month and it has never worked. My data and wifi are on, but both give the message "Services Temporarily Unavailable. Please try again later or call customer care for assistance. Error Code -300." Suggestions?
