Trade in value disputes

Anyone that has been having issues with their trade in value and the blatant dishonesty by Verizon please email me at [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service]                          I want to compare notes and see if everyone gets the same value, pic and story about the phone being damaged on arrival to their warehouse.
