I am in the process of paying for my phone in 24 instalments along with my bill, would I be able to add more on my bill to lower the instalment amount and lessen the time I need to pay?

You can do a downpayment up front, but you can't refinance once the loan is created.

This would not be possible. The Device Payments are set on a 24-installment plan, and cannot be adjusted. To impact the monthly cost, you would need to put a down payment on the device at the point of purchase. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
