"Make an emergency call" is on my screen, and I can't get rid of it. Help!! Can't figure out what I accidentally hit/pressed but cannot get to any other phone feature.
What make / model phone do you have? Try restarting the phone or removing the battery?
Hi bigser,
Let's get your phone out of emergency call mode! This issue is commonly associated with the installation of 3rd party application that the phone system conflicts with. If you have installed a hotspot application lately, that may be the culprit. If powering the phone off/on does not resolve the issue you may need to do a factory reset http://vz.to/z30zKf to clear the system error caused by the conflicting application. Please do the alternate method outlined at the above link. Keep us posted.
