Solved! Go to Correct Answer
Caudill,
We want to set you up for success. You can go to vzw.com/cloud. In here you will be able to view any messages that may be stored. Please be advised the content is saved for 90 days for messages. However, once it deletes from the phone and then syncs again to the Cloud it will remove the messages from the Cloud as well. Here is additional information https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/?task=cloud #7 Under Using Verizon Cloud does advise of what is going to be backed up.
