Is there a way to get a deleted item back?
Once it's deleted from your hard drive unless you know you know your way around a ntfs system you will need to take it to a specialist I am sure a local computer shop your re-locate that info for you if its that important for around $50
If it was on your phone's internal memory, no. If it was on your SD card, maybe.
If you want to recovery a file on an SD card, mount the cord on a PC and use a recovery program program. I use PhotoRec to recover deleted files. Don't let the "Photo" name fool you it will recovery other files as well. It's free. Don't pay for any software or service to recover files. There are too many free alternatives available. Just search for something similar to "recover files sd card".
