Battery drainage after update

I have a Moto Z2. It had a system update 13 that is supposed to extend battery life but it is doing the opposite. The battery is dead in less than 3 hours with 18 min of screen time.

I've been looking on line to see if any updates are pushed but I have not found any. The trouble shooting on Verizon is not helping. The battery shop will install a new battery, but that's not going to fix the drain.; The highest app usage is 4%. That should not drain it in 3 hours.
