most likely, i mean your contract is due about 2-3 weeks after christmas, call them. you might get it.

If your upgrade is January but your contract is over mayish then no. By then you know all of the bugs if any and might have fixes for them by then. Maybe not. What's the rush?

iPhones/apple is known not to let you upgrade early. Any really new phone especially apple there are not any exceptions in your situation especially since your months away. Days away maybe but not really apple.
