I want to cancel my plan and return the iPhone 5s...how can I do thiS?

If you are still within the 14 day return period you can do so in the original method that you purchased. If it was in store you can take everything back to that store. If it was online you may need to contact Verizon to request a return label if you didn't receive one in your shipment box when you first received the phone.

If you do it in store yes if you let them know that's what you want. Otherwise call and let them know what you want to do
