When I am having a conversation with anyone. If I go back to look at the messages prior, they are gone. They are auto deleting. This just started mid Sunday the 15th. How do I stop this from happening?
unfortunately we cannot help. you'd have to contact Facebook directly. this is not a function of the phone or the Verizon service so the issue would lie with the app developer. you can try to uninstall/reinstall and maybe check your settings within the app, but this is not an issue with your phone or Verizon.
