my Iphone won't turn on all I get is the Apple...Verizon store said it is shot (2 years old) and they can't retrieve pictures or contacts or anything because it won't turn on ....HELP

My Iphone won't turn on all I get is the Apple.  Hard started many times ...nothing, Verizon store said it is shot (2 years old contract up in March) can't get pictures, contacts, nothing off phone.  HELP

Shefau, wow I would be lost without my information on my phone. When did this happen? What have tried to do to turn your phone on? Have you backed up your data via iCloud or iTunes?

If it can't be powered on and recognized by your computer there isn't anything that can be done. If you have backed it up before on your computer or via iCloud you can get any data/pictures saved in those backups but if you did neither then unfortunately your data is gone.
