I got a new iPhone 5c yesterday and when I went to make a phone call today, I got a message that Verizon is currently unable to authenticate my phone. What can I do?
Congrats on the new iPhone 5c! Let's ensure you're able to fully utilize the device. Do you have issues with text messages or data as well? If you have an opportunity I would suggest removing and then reinserting the SIM card. http://vz.to/1mDJcc6
