My cell phone is useless in my home..Every call gets dropped. What can i do?

As Ann154, has suggested, we do recommend taking advantage of Wi-Fi calling while you’re indoors. Have you tried using this service so far? If not, you can visit https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-204165/ to learn how to setup Wi-Fi calling on your iPhone 7. Also, may we ask if you’ve experienced any other service issues while outside of your home?

My i-phone 7 still drops calls in the Indiana country settings. I also have
an extremely hard time of reaching someone who is not a robot! Please help,
before I cancel my phone service, from your not giving a damn about my
phone and its network! To me this is what I pay good money for this
service, that does not work correctly! I need your assistance, now!

My zip code is 47281. Yes, my wife phone does the same thing of dropping
calls. Also, neighbors who have Verizon.
Is there anything we can purchase to help with this dropping calls or not
good reception? People can't hear us!

I might add talking on the phone to one of your reps. is very, very
difficult, almost nonexistent! Too many steps to talk to a live person!
