i phone 5 buzzing

I just got the I phone 5 few days ago and its buzzing how do I fix it?

On a phone call.

does buzzing go away if on Bluetooth or speakerphone or using plugged in earphones?   Buzzing is usually loose connection or shorting.  Previous water damage?   Where did you get the phone? Can you still take it back?

It was a preowned through Verizon's website. Its only when she talks and sometimes people can't hear her as well .

Definitely sounds like hardware problem.  I would take it back and get warranty exchange.

Thanks for your time. I have had the worst luck when it comes to Verizon devices. Almost like they get their devices from the bottom of the barrel.
