How can I get deleted text messages from a iPhone 6 can the Verizon store print them?

No they can not. The only way Verizon would be able to retrieve your messages is if you had a court order and it would have to be done pretty quickly. If the deleted messages were in your last iCloud or iTunes backup you can restore that backup and those messages would be back on your device.

If you have a Mac PC or laptop, you can if you have hand-off enabled. Even though they are deleted on handset, they will be on the hand-off computer.
