Dont understand why after 20+ years with Verizon I purchase an Iphone 7plus and now I get [removed] serivce at home. 1 -2 bars, dropped calls and no one can hear me. I called Verizon and they tell me I can buy some kind of box to put in my home to amp up the service. But my husband has an Iphone with his work and he has service through Sprint and his is fine! I had great service with my Andriod before I switched.

I have like 4-5 bars UNTIL I make a call, then it drops right down to 1 bar, and the quality is terrible. Why would my signal change when I make a call? Please help. Why do I not see Verizon helping people with this issue? Is this common for all customers?
