I need help reaching someone at Verizon who can assist me in unlocking my phone. I was a customer of Verizon up until February of this year, when due to the costs and convenience associated with a lengthy international move, I had to change companies. Verizon very nicely unlocked my phone for me back in February so I could get started with my new company. However, two weeks ago, my SIM card in my iPhone 4S stopped functioning. Both my company here and Apple informed me that the phone had not been unlocked all the way, and that Verizon would need to take care of it. However, I'm having trouble reaching verizon: I cannot use LiveChat because I'm no longer a customer, the *611 number brings up a local company here, not Verizon, and I cannot call the 800 number because, well, I cannot use my phone.
