What do you mean by your question?  Are you asking if you can use an iPhone from another carrier on the Verizon Wireless network?  Something else?  Detail your question, please!

Ann I think that is exactly what is being asked and to the OP the answer is No you can not use a device from another carrier on the Verizon Network...  If I misunderstood the question please follow Ann154 questions to clearify..

ATT is a GMS network and Veriaon is a CDMA network and can not work on eachothers network..

Any Verizon phone will work no matter where you get it...  BUT make sure the account for the device is clear because if there is a unpaid bill on the device you cant activate the device.  Make sure to check the IMEI number on the device with Verizon to verify the device clear to be activated.

Are you asking if you can transfer your phone number yes then you can get a Verizon iPhone.
