How am I able to view my texts on my monthly bill, I need to print out a statement showing the incoming and outgoing text numbers.
Thanks
You can view and print your text message details through your MyVerizon account. It doesn't get printed on the bill unless it is included when you sign up for detailed billing.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
Also iMessages go through as data do there is no record of iMessages once they are deleted
Hi chrisskhg,
You are definitely able to print out message information from My Verizon, and I can help. Thanks to the community for your input.
You are able to see the details for messages used for your lines by logging in to your My Verizon account as the Account Holder.
Once logged in, click on "View Online Bill," then use the drop-down box to select the bill information you are looking for. You will also need to select the number (if more than one number on your account) for which you want this information. There is a blue link at the bottom of the page that allows you to download the messaging details to a spreadsheet. You can then download them and save/print the spreadsheet.
This information is helpful for you and other My Verizon users who need it. Thanks and have a good day!
