Have any of you ever had issues with Siri hearing you? Worked fine for over a year, but now "she" literally can't hear me, which of course renders the app useless. I've gone thru the Apple Support troubleshooting steps and the problem persists. Note: I'm a fully competent user and certain it's a software problem. Just need to know if there's a way to fix it. Thanks in advance. 😉

Verizon Wireless to the rescue mattstephens268. I use the Siri feature all the time so I know how important this is. We will find a way to have Siri listen to you once again. When did this issue begin, has anything changed on your device. New applications, or software’s? Is there any physical or water damage to your device? What troubleshooting steps did you do through Apple support exactly?

If you haven't already done so I'd backup the device and restore to default. Prior to restoring from backup try the device first. It is possible that by doing this it will fix the issue. I know it is a long shot but I've fixed weird one-off issues with my iPhone 6 this way. Apple would suggest this as well at some point (typically).
