Should I charge my battery everyday to 100% or should I let it run down before I charge it?

I read a great article that says we should keep our phones battery between 30 and 95 %

never too low and never at 100% on a regular basis.

I now charge my phone for an hour at night and mid day if it needs it. Never to 100%, but very close. Once in a while it runs down to 15%.
