Screen not working at all!

My 5c hasn't been dropped, screen (factory not a replacement)doesn't even have a scratch and it will not slide at all! I can see notifications coming up, but cannot unlock to see anything. HELP! I've done the hard reset and NOTHING!

Can you try to bypass by holding down the home button until Siri comes on and ask to "Open Settings" then try to enter your passcode, no swipe necessary. If Siri doesn't work, you can try the same with by opening up the camera, go to your photos, then select All Photos, this will also put the keypad on the screen and no swipe needed.

If that works and you get in, close all open apps and try another hard reset.

If you have a screen protector, take it off.

If that doesn't work, you may have a hardware problem.
