Push Notifications not working

ok, so i have gone to the settings and turned on the push notifications i want. but non of my apps are doing it. and when i open the app i get an alert says " Connect to iTunes to use push notifications" but I connect to itunes and i dont see how to change anything... can someone please help!!

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I can understand your concern towards these push notifications. Is there a particular applications that you are looking to set push notifications for? You may have to enter a particular applications settings to review the push notifications settings as well.
