Problem with cellular usage

I have 4s with 2GB plan and it worked fine till last December.

But starting in Jan. this year, my phone is putting some unusual data usage numbers.

So I searched web and tried various different things.

- upgraded iOS to 6.1.1

- turn off the cellular as soon as wifi connects

- monitor my usage with Datawiz.

But nothing seems works.

Biggest problem I can see right now is my cellular data is keep getting used when I'm connected to wifi (home) AND with my cellular data turned off.

My data usage is just not making any sense....

I turned off celluar and connected to home wifi and somehow my phone still finds a way to eat up my data plan...

If anyone experienced similar things and know how to fix, plz help.

Apple just released iOS 6.1.2. Try updating to it and see if that fixes anything, there was a cellular usage fix in the update notes.
