Sorry if this is discussed elsewhere, there are too many conversations to try to catch up. I cannot reach the trade-in people by phone and e-mail messages are ignored. I sent in two iPhones for the $200 trade in offer on 10/30/14. There no indication on the "check your status" page that they have even been received. Is this normal? Thanks.
