My iPhone 5c has been acting funny, there ahould not be any issues i have not damaged my phone. My phone is only working because of wifi. I restarted my phone it is still saying "No Service".
The "Cellular" category in settings was not allowing me access at first niether was my "Phone" category under settings. After a bit there i have access now but i still dont have service. I did a soft shut down for my phone. My bill is up to date. I am actually early on my bill,

Hello natRv8069! Let's get your service up and running! When did this trouble begin? Does the service restore when you leave the area? Are other Verizon Wireless customers impacted as well?
