This just happened yesterday. You know how at the top left it's supposed to say Verizon? Well, mine started saying "No SIM" and now I can't call or text anyone. I don't think I can receive calls or texts either. What's the problem and how do I fix it?

Hello momo1163. As mdmorgan has suggested, there may be a problem with your SIM. If you are still experiencing problems, you can follow the steps in the following link to remove your SIM card: http://vz.to/1crPdac After removing the SIM, please reinsert it and power your phone back on. If you continue to experience "No SIM" I would recommend visiting your local corporate Verizon Wireless store for a free 4G SIM card. http://bit.ly/3SdsA

You probably have a Verizon Nano-SIM card malfunction. You can open the tray with the SIM card in it, take it out, and put it back in, this should help; or you can restart the phone after you have put the SIM card back in. If none of this work, you should consider going to a Verizon or Apple store to see what is wrong.
