My phone texted (creepy message) by itself

I sent a text message at 12:12, at 12:32 while my phone sat untouched with no one near it, it texted a creepy message to the same person I had previously texted (actually two messages but the second was brief)  It contained language like "sin" and "ghost" and "wants a man" and "tattoos" and referred to my business website. I'm really perplexed by this. I do not have voice turned on. Any thoughts? It's really bugging me.

Do you have message+?

Someone either got a hold of your account in a way they can send text messages through message + or someone is spoofing your number. Since it is very specific to your business and someone you just texted, it is someone that has it out for you or your business.
