I purchased a brand new iwatch 3 LTE from an online retailer. I called VerZion to activate the cell on my account and I was told I can’t because IMEI is not in their system. They said there is nothing they can do. I went to Apple and they checked the watch and everything was clear. IMEI number matches the serial number and they advised it had not been registered before purchased it and it’s clear. They advised there is nothing they can do because there is nothing physically wrong with the phone. The online retailer said the same thing. I am not sure what to do at this point. No one is willing to help or provide a solution. anyone else had to deal with something like this?
