Is an iPhone 5 Pre-Order upgrade for an Account Member, not Manager?

Hi everyone,

I was hoping to pre-order the iPhone 5. Will I be able to do this online since I am only an Account Member?.. and not the Account Manager Or Owner.

Are you an Account Manager on the account? If you are, you can certainly pre-order the iPhone 5! Otherwise, only an Account Owner or Manager can place the order.
