So I just recently received my Iphone 4 and I'm wondering how to retrieve my pictures from the android that I switched from to this phone. Basically how do I get the pictures from that phone onto my Iphone?
Also where the heck is the web browser on the phone? I feel stupid asking this question but again I just received the phone yesterday. Thank you for any advice you can offer!
To answer you web browser question first, the icon for the web browser should be labeled 'Safari'. That is the stock Apple web browser.
To transfer your pics from your Android phone, assuming the phone had a Micro SD card, I recommend copying all your pics onto that card and then from there onto your PC/MAC computer. From there you can then use itunes to sync the pics onto your iphone (plus you have a backup of your valuble pics on your computer).
Good luck.
Safari is the default web browser on the iPhone.
As for pictures, you could upload them to a Dropbox account on wifi, and have them synced to your computer and your iPhone.
Also you can buy a picture adaptor for iPhone iPad for $20.00 so you can auto put the pics from the card to iPhone without going to the computer.
Or you can drag pictures to the iPhone on the computer as under the computer as a USB device if you have the iPhone plugged in.
