I just switched to Verizon... got the new iphone 11 Pro. When i am in a group chat on imessage... i cannot send texts if there is a non iphone in the group.
Apple said its a carrier issue... i talked with Verizon and the only solution i was given was to reset the phone completly and not restore apps.... This was not a guarantee that it would resolve the problem...
Has anyone fixed this problem. Seems like its only a verizon issue and they cant confirm that wiping my phone clean and manually re installing ALL of my apps will fix it.....
Has anyone had this issue and had it resolved? if so how????
