I bought an Ipad on July 25,2017 and its not turning on. Is it still under warranty? how do I start a claim?

Visit your local Apple store and get it replaced.

We want to get your iPad up and running, SARMEN1596. What is the make and model of your device? It should still be covered under the 1-year warranty, and we would be happy to troubleshoot the device with you. Do you get any notification or see any lights turn on when you start to charge the device? Press and hold the Power and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears (approximately 10 seconds) then release and see if this will power it up.
