I have received text messages for two months in a row now, stating that I have "insufficient funds" in my checking account to renew my prepaid monthly plan. The first month I made a payment immediately, thinking it was my error...and then was charged TWICE. Thankfully, Verizon refunded my account the extra charge. Why do I continue to receive these messages regarding "insufficient funds" when this is NOT the case? I do not want my phone shut off, please help.
That is very puzzling, edhildy. We definitely don't want you to continue to get those messages. We don't have access to Prepay account here through the forums, so please call our Prepay Team by dialing 888-294-6804 from a number other than your prepaid phone. A representative can take a closer look, make sure we have all the right account information, and get this straightened out once and for all.
