In United Kingdom. Have no service. Purposely bought 5S two weeks ago because global service wasn't on old phone. Arrived here and doesn't work. Chat function doesn't work on website from UK...how can I contact Verizon(or have them call me on another phone) to fix this problem? I'm not very happy.

You need to get a local UK Sim while there. The Verizon 5s is unlocked for use there.
Find a local carrier like O2 or Vodaphone or Orange if they are still in business and have them set it up for you.

Use the toll free number to call from any phone in the UK.
Follow the directions exactly if you still want Verizon assistance.
