I'm trying to transfer all phone info. from old iPhone 4 to new iPhone and my operating system is outdated.

My old iPhone 4 is running IOS 7 and IOS 9 is needed to support Verizon Cloud (I can't get new OS updates). How can I transfer contacts, pics, videos to my new iPhone?

suezann, congratulations on your upgrade to a new iPhone. Have you tried connecting that iPhone 4 to your computer to back it up to iCloud?  https://www.icloud.com/    Did you back up your device at Verizon Cloud which is formally known as Backup Assistant? http://vz.to/1OgSM3j

I think they meant to a computer to connect to Itunes, but why aren't you able to do iOS updates??
