It sounds like you maybe getting a notice about an unknown wifi connection . Cisco is a brand of wireless router . You could just turn off wifi where you are getting the notice or in wifi settings uncheck ask to connect and you will not get notifications every time you wander in range of a new wireless system if you plan on leavin your wifi on
