I know that it is UNLOCKED. As far as it working with ANY sim? It should, depending on the carriers frequencies, your device may not fully function. But you phone us unlocked.

No need to unlock your device for an international sim card. All 4G devices are unlocked.
Just take out your verizon sim and put the foreign sim in and let the phone get programed to the new sim.
