How do I recover my email and contacts on my Iphone 5s?

My phone was working fine and then this morning I lost my email and all of my contacts. How do I restore this?

Go to Settings > iCloud > and see if Mail / Contacts are toggled on. You can also go to iCloud.com on your computer and login to see if your contacts are still there. If you need to add your email back for any reason go to: Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account

Go to Settings > iCloud > and see if Mail / Contacts are toggled on. You can also go to iCloud.com on your computer and login to see if your contacts are still there. If you need to add your email back for any reason go to: Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account
