How do I change my voicemail greeting?

Hello mommymeryl, I know the importance of being able to have your voicemail greeting record correctly. I want to be helpful in this. Here is a link that will provide the steps to change your voicemail greeting successfully: http://vz.to/1qgzOuj. Another great time would be to Reset the Network settings for your iPhone 5c http://vz.to/Qt1HVR  then try recording the greeting, once more. Any improvement?
