Goes straight to voicemail

I moved from Sacramento to Monterey and now my phone doesn't accept calls and goes straight to voicemail.  I can text and call out but cannot receive.I have checked the Do Not Disturb and all of the possible settings like Bluetooth and Wi-fi. Since the only factor that changed was my location is there something interfering with the call or is my phone on it's last wings? I have it for almost 3 years now. I have tried all of the other solutions that I have seen on similar posts but they have not solved the problem.

Your efforts are greatly appreciated! Let's see what's causing the problem. Can you ensure that your call forwarding feature is deactivated by dialing *73? Additionally, what is your current zip code?
