Can't reply at site

For some reason, I get an error when I try to reply to your post at the

Verizon site so I'm going to try it this way.

Battery usage percentages are not showing up in Settings for me. At the

top of the page, it says this:

"Your iPhone battery may need to be serviced. LEARN MORE..." (as a

clickable link)

There is no USAGE info because I've had my Mofie battery extender case on

all morning.

Just to let you know, when I checked this info a week ago, FACEBOOK and

REALTOR.com were at the top of the usage list. I also listen to PODCASTS

and OVERDRIVE a lot. However, I have not been using my phone any

differently than I had been and suddenly the battery has been plummeting.

That's the part I do not get.
