I am unable to make calls as I cannot access the Phone app on my iPhone 6+ since I updated the phone to 9.3.3. Does anyone know a resolution?
Solved! Go to Correct Answer
At this point, the recommendation would be do full phone erase and restore from back up or taking the phone to an Apple Store.
Did you do a forced reboot? Hold in the home and power keys together until the phone reboots.
Yes I have and still have the same issue.
Can you see the phone app and it just doesn't open, or do you not even see it
Try this:
settings > general > reset > reset home screen
I can see the app on my phone. When I click on it, it goes blank for 30
seconds then goes back to the home screen.
I just tried the home screen reset and it did not fix the issue.

Ok. This is the same steps others have provided. I will bring it to the
Apple store this weekend.
Thanks
I have the same issue with an Iphone 5. Verizon has been useless as a company regarding this. I have no idea where to go. I resent needing to upgrade a phone because a corporate entity busted it.
