I can't call one specific person. He does not have me blocked. He can call me, but I can't call him. We are able to text each other okay, I just can't call him. We are both on Verizon. I have an iPhone, he has a Samsung. I hear the phone ring at the other end, it stops, then nothing. He doesn't here me at all, but he knows I tried to call. He always has to call me back. Help!
