Can’t get help through support. On a call for 1 hr & 40 minutes. Call dropped & no call back. Used live chat. Chat dropped. Used call back from support & call back does not connect me to a support just keeps looping back to support menu. Can’t reactivate my old phone & can’t use new phone. Been without a phone for20 hrs!
