I ordered two next iPhone 12 Pro (128GB) on Friday and arranged for trade-in of two iPhone 8 devices with monthly trade-in credit for 24 months. Transaction screen correctly reflected two trade-in credits (one for each line). Trade-in Status Page correctly reflects Trade-in Submission ID for each line, original appraisal, trade-in credit method, etc.. However, estimated next bill at verizon.com only reflects trade-in credit for one line.
How to fix this?
