Yes. Just contact customer care and they will make the change as requested.
I have the same problem. I been told by other operators that I change the billing date in my Version Account. I have tried and cannot not, help.
North13, I'm sorry to hear that you have been unable to complete this change. Changing the bill cycle date can only be changed by calling VZW customer service at 800-922-0204. Keep in mind that changing the the bill cycle date will cause proration on the first bill.
