Why poor/no call quality from my home (85021) just 4 days ago, all was fine until Monday?

New Simm card, Apple store twice, restore to factory settings = no changes ... other two phones in home work fine, just mine having issue ... told to put on WiFi Calling, why all of sudden need that?  Is my phone "on a different tower"?  Are there outages in my area that have caused just my phone to do this?
