TAMBRA99, you can go about changing your device by getting a new SIM Card from your local direct Verizon store and the store representative will assist with activating the phone to your line.

We apologize for the confusion, Dodeca1. If you're looking to activate a phone on an existing line, you can pick up a new SIM card (if you've not already received one), and use the steps here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-209087/
